Training Update #3

5 weeks to go and the training is going really well  80 miles done this week however that does include a bit on the bike.  The planning is all coming together need to just go and visit the rest stops over the next few weeks so that the back up crew "my dad" can find them all easily enough.

Will start to post a lot more over the next few weeks as I get ever close to the DAY
