Day 1 Done

43 miles done today.  A little down on what I wanted but light and tiredness have done me.  Up a touch earlier today to claw a couple of miles back.  Left myself 30 to do tomorrow so if I need to do an extra 5 then it should be ok.

Felt a bit dodgy last night but what seems like the longest sleep in the world (8 hours) I feel a lot better and whilst not raring to go am up for it.

Legs feel surprisingly good or surprisingly alright should I say.

Will keep updating as I go thanks for checking in on me.
